So, what can I say about myself? When I write profiles for the other
personalities it seems to flow just right out of my head yet when I
come to myself, I recieve a large helping of writer's block. Oh,
that'll help my future career.
My childhood was at best quiet. Quiet neighbourhood, (formerly)
quiet City, quiet everything.
Suburbia must have shined down on me, because even though I was born
within the current City of Toronto, I was out of the womb precisely
on moving day (to my hometown, Brampton). I must have been the house
warming gift. I grew up within the city limits of Brampton (with
regular trips downtown) until I turned 10, when I had to move east
to York Region. Which doesn't make sense to me.
Irony all around.
Funny I should talk about myself. I share a birthday with a number of
people, including the parent organisation of this very website! Or
the other way around. But I guess it's a symbol that I'm getting too
old to sound or act childish. Ahh well. I'm also a freelancer, so
you might've read the odd fluff piece I wrote in the past in print or
online.
Phew! Now you know the reason why I called my childhood quiet!
