| For many years, Phil has been independently involved in internet media, and is
now pursuing a long held interest in radio. |

| Phil began putting his webmaster skills into action by creating
148.ca in 2001 with another partner. Since
then he has hosted concerts held by Toronto Experimental Artists to creating
entertaining audio and text articles online. |

| He currently attends the Broadcasting - Radio program at Humber College
