Tokyo is an exciting, lively city lying in the mix of tradition and composition. With as many faces as a pagoda from another side of the continent, the Japanese capital is seen as a unique getaway for many tourists and individuals.
It's not the sand or the beach that the author of this book asked for; it was an escape from the so-called "hectic life" of Suburban Toronto, if only for five days.
Relaxation and learning were top on the menu, and when mixed with the pre-determined mind from "the West", provides for some very interesting reading. Phil chronicles his search for an "inner peace" that is somehow found.
