Coming this summer, The Travelling Briefcase returns in a second series, exploring the sights and sounds of Tokyo, Japan in a five day excursion.
Returning from the first series is Phillip Hong, who wrote and presented the original series on a few selected destinations based in countries across East and Southeast Asia, including Tokyo.
This time, we'll see a more indepth focus on the Japanese capital, including a visit into the city and valuable travel tips that will help calm the heart and soul, and wallet.
The second series of The Travelling Briefcase will also include Letters to Leanne, based on the correspondence between Phil and his close friend Leanne.
This series is scheduled to start in mid-July. In the meantime, check out The Travelling Briefcase's special segments on Frank Cotolo's Green Room, on Thursdays from 8 pm (Eastern).
In this series of The Travelling Briefcase, Phil will be visiting some very interesting contrasts of Tokyo, from concrete jungle to a landscape with fields of green. Featured districts and environs include Roppongi Hills, Akihabara, and Sakura City (Chiba).
