    The lawsuit had
progressed to a point where the evidence of this "man in the middle" scheme
to influence final election results is clearly known to the plaintiff's
attorneys. This duplicate scheme controlled by Karl Rove, which would've put
McCain in the White House, was dropped at the last minute, Miller
theorizes, because of his fear of detection. |

    The result, concludes
Miller? A President who was actually elected by the people, unlike the
last two election thefts in Ohio, and in Florida in 2000. The link to Mark
Crispin Miller's blog of November 5, 2008, called "Why Karl Rove Pulled
    the Plug", is here:

    The lawsuit which is
the focal point of Miller's theory, King Lincoln Bronzeville versus
Blackwell, exemplifies not only how many ways computerized voting systems
were manipulated on election day 2004, but also how easy it is to
disenfranchise voters by purging their names off the voter rolls or simply
not allotting enough machines in minority precints, both methods of which
were reported across the country November 4, 2008. AND it demonstrates
how it has become "business as usual" for election officials to export
election-night results out of the state to unknown, partisan third party
IT corporations who then send back the "final" results for announcing
    to media! |
