Do you have integrity? If so, is it the right amount? If you said yes to both of those questions,
let us check the facts about integrity; maybe you have been wrong all along about having it and
enough of it.
Having integrity and enough of it means you have humility. If you think you have humility and brag
about it then you do not have humility. If you show off your talent for swallowing balloons or
walking on hot coals, you do not have humility.
No humility? No integrity.
Are you filled with goodness? Do you become happy when you contribute good stuff to other people?
If you cannot sacrifice your own joy so that someone else's life can be better, then you lack
goodness.
No goodness? No integrity.
Are you honest enough to tell someone who feels fat that they are fat? Can you admit to not having
changed your underwear if someone says, "Do you have any clothing beneath your pants (or dress)?"
If you cannot, you are not honest.
No honesty? No integrity.
Do you call people names that are not their names? Like if someone has a cleft lip, would you call
him or her Clefty Lip? Would you call someone a name like Bootlicker or Doody Head or Smelly or
Tubby or Chubby or Chubby Tubby? Would you ask someone with a big head if he or she can fit their
groceries in their hat? Did you ever call someone a bastard, knowing very well he or she had
parents? Did you ever call that person’s parents Hickey Dickey Doo Bottoms? If you are a
name-caller, you are argumentative.
