Immunity through vitamins and more

No one is stronger than the person with the best immune system, even if that person can lift an automobile. It is often said, mostly by nutritionists, "To beat a disease is one thing but to never get it at all is another."

Even though these are miraculous times for medicine, the simplest way of protecting yourself from germs is to comsume the proper amount of vitamins. How simple are vitamins? Consider the fact each of them is named after a letter in the English alphabet.

There are 26 letters in the English alphabet but not as many vitamins as letters. Here is a list: A) Vitamin B, B) Vitamin A, C) Vitamin D, D) Vitamin E and E) Vitamin K.

Vitamin B is a group of vitamins all its own, so numbers are added for its variations. Here is a list: Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. Vitamins B10 and B11 do not exist, so never pay anyone any money if they try to sell you B10 or B11 pills "so your B-vitamin set is complete."

All of these vitamins can be found in foods but not all foods have these vitamins. If that were the case you could get all the vitamins you need from one food. But that would mean other foods you eat are like eating s--t and s--t has no healthy element. It is waste and the body knows that which is why you take s--ts, which are the parts of food your body does not need.

Vegetables, fruits and nuts are rich in vitamins so your daily meals should be filled with vitamin-enriched foods to build strength in your lungs and stomach and muscles and bones and senses. All working together, vitamins protect you from germs and diseases and diseases with germs and the germs that accompany diseases.

In other words, you build immunity against germs and diseases and diseases with germs and the germs that accompany diseases so even when you are exposed to germs and diseases and diseases with germs and the germs that accompany diseases you do not catch germs and diseases and diseases with germs and the germs that accompany diseases.

Ask your doctor how many vitamins you can take because if you take too many of any you won't be immune, you will be dead.
