Space oddities confound scientists

There are more and more scientists studying the cosmos and the universe and they are finding mysterious objects and getting strange radio signals that confuse them to no end.

Astrophysicist Witney Wake said, "The crazier things we see and hear do not make us laugh. They worry us. And by us I mean the really smart people of Earth."

Light years away come these oddities; things like an entire galaxy sending radio waves that mirror the melody of the old tune, "Melancholy Baby."

Another wierd observation was a moon orbiting an planet billions of light years away that appeared to have frog legs propelling it. "It jumped to make its orbit," said astrophysicist Theresa Barista, "and that negates a lot of the common elements we contribute to space products as well as it seems awfully childish."

Also from the depths of the universe come black holes with gravitational pulls displaying discretionary attraction. That is, "The black holes rejects certain stars and planets and asteroids for reasons we cannot explain," said Ariella Marconi, space expert. "We noticed one black hole that would not support sucking in a galaxy with planets resembling Louis CK."

More about black holes have become mysterious, according to Ricky Scalzone, author of the book "Wild And Wacky Outer Space Things." Ricky said, "All the kooky things are at the center of black holes because the mass is concentrated. And I mean concentrated, like quantum sized particles. For sure, our laws of physics and theories stink to high heaven when it comes to explaining this crap."

Ricky's not far from wrong if he is right at all because black holes spin and have electric charges, which defy the notion once believed that charges cannot spin and spinning cannot produce electricity.

"What if," said Scalzone, "we suddenly find holes that are different colors? Blue holes, purple holes and maybe even plaid holes? How will modern science interpret that?"
